Board plus 1 weekly lesson(same rate if a 4 or 5 week month) $570 plus gst
Breakdown: Board is $450 plus gst and lessons are $30 plus gst.
You will periodically receive a 5th lesson when the months have a fifth week.
Total with gst is $604.20

Your board includes:
Stall, shavings, daily bucket cleaning, turn-out, feed, free choice hay during the day.
Flax plus a Vitamin and mineral supplement available if needed.
Access to all facilities (indoor arena, outdoor arena, round pen, individual turnout if required)
Vet and farrier schedule arranged for your horse. Farrier on site for emergencies.
First aid (bandage changing, hosing) available as needed.
Access to trailer for horse shows and emergencies.
Flexible lesson times and choice of private or group lesson.
All-day access to barn staff (Holly from 8am to 1pm at 416-845-1962 and Kaleigh from
1pm to 9pm at 905-334-1185)
Training available on days you cannot make your lesson.

Standing Stalls:
Board rate is $400 plus gst. Individual lessons are $30 plus gst per lesson.
Same inclusions as Box Stall board.
Total with gst is $551.20

Outdoor Board:
Board plus 1 weekly lesson (same rate if a 4 or 5 week month) $435 plus gst
Breakdown: Board is $335 plus gst and lessons are $30 plus gst.
Access to facilities, no use of stalls. Free choice hay, shelter and heated water in winter.
If injury occurs and stall is needed there will be an additonal fee of $10 per day for use.
Total with gst is $482.30
